Cancellation Policy

Booking Details: Coaching sessions are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM MST. All sessions must be scheduled in advance using the private scheduling link or directly through the Coach. Availability is limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients enrolled in the Foundation tier receive priority scheduling access. Booking & Payment Policy: By booking a session with Boise Consulting, LLC or any of its subsidiaries including Soul Whiskey, LLC (“Coach”), you agree to the following terms: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking for all sessions and packages, unless a written payment plan has been approved in advance. The Catalyst Tier ($5,000) must be paid in full to confirm your session—no exceptions. Any add-on services or travel fees will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to delivery. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If you need to adjust your session, please notify the Coach as early as possible to allow others access to that time slot. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of the coaching relationship at the Coach’s discretion. Catalyst sessions are non-refundable once booked and may not be rescheduled more than once. Late Arrival: All sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally designated end time to respect the Coach’s calendar and other client commitments. If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be considered a no-show and may be forfeited without refund. Use of Coaching Hours (Foundation & Breakthrough Tiers): Coaching hours must be used within 12 months of contract signing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unused hours do not roll over automatically and are non-refundable. However, under certain circumstances, hours may be applied to future offerings at the Coach’s discretion.
